Move better. Feel better. Stay active.
The Transitions Assisted Stretching Program is a personalized, one-on-one wellness service designed to help you improve flexibility, mobility, movement quality, and overall ease of movement.
With guided, hands-on stretching, our trained provider helps you work through stretches that can be difficult to achieve effectively on your own.

What is assisted stretching?
Stretching on your own can be challenging. You may have difficulty reaching certain positions, maintaining proper positioning, or knowing how far to safely move into a stretch.
Assisted stretching provides individualized, hands-on guidance to help you work on flexibility and mobility in a controlled and comfortable setting.
Each session is tailored to your goals, activity level, current mobility, and tolerance.
Who is it for?
The Transitions Assisted Stretching Program may be a great fit for individuals who have completed physical therapy and want ongoing mobility maintenance, when appropriate. You don’t have to be an athlete or already flexible to benefit from assisted stretching.
- Feel stiff or tight
- Want to improve flexibility or mobility
- Have difficulty stretching effectively on their own
- Want to support recovery from exercise and physical activity
- Want to maintain mobility as they stay active
- Participate in running, cycling, golf, fitness, or other recreational activities
- Want to complement their personal training or wellness routine

Maddie also completes clinic-specific training and competency validation under the oversight of our licensed physical therapists.

Assisted stretching & physical therapy
The Transitions Assisted Stretching Program is a wellness and mobility service and is not a substitute for physical
therapy evaluation or treatment. If you are experiencing a specific injury, significant pain, recent surgery, neurological symptoms, or another
medical concern, we may recommend a physical therapy evaluation first.
Our goal is simple: The right service. The right provider. The right time.
