Meet our founder, Dr. Dana
Celebrating 10 years of excellence with
expanded services and continued growth
As Transitions Physical Therapy celebrates its 10th anniversary, founder Dr. Dana continues to expand the practice and enhance services to help more patients achieve their personal goals. Her passion lies in applying her extensive knowledge and experience to help others return to the activities they love most. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Dana has been practicing physical therapy since 2002. Her educational foundation and early passion for athletics and sports rehabilitation began in her home state, where her personal experience as a college gymnast gave her firsthand understanding of sports injuries and the rehabilitation process.
Dana’s competitive spirit has driven her through bodybuilding, fitness competitions, running, Ironman triathlon and off-road bike racing. Currently an active competitor in running, gravel and mountain bike racing events, she shares her passion for athletics with her husband John and her dog Porter.

Our facility
We deliver exclusive one-on-one treatment sessions where every moment is dedicated entirely to you and your specific needs.
Unlike larger corporate practices that divide therapist attention among multiple patients, our extended individual time allows us to develop a comprehensive understanding of your goals, challenges, and pain patterns.
We go beyond traditional injury treatment by focusing on injury prevention and performance optimization. Through detailed biomechanical screenings, we identify areas of weakness or instability that could lead to future problems, allowing you to proactively address these issues through targeted training and conditioning.
This personalized approach enables us to create highly targeted treatment plans that address not only your current injury but also the underlying factors that contributed to it, building lasting relationships through consistently delivering exceptional results that earn patient trust and satisfaction.
